This type of sintered mesh is composed of standard punching plate and several layers of square hole mesh (or dense mesh). The qty of layer and mesh size is up to the operation conditions and application field. Since it is integrated with pressure-resistance framework and filter mesh, it has better washing effect, low-consumption of pressure decrease. Now it is widely used in water treatment, drinks, food, metallurgy, chemical and pharmacy industries.

The punching plate of the standard material 304 is combined with a plurality of square-hole meshes (or dense meshes) to be sintered, and the number of layers and the number of meshes constituting the wire mesh are determined according to different use conditions and uses. Because it is a combination of pressure-resistant frame and filter mesh, it has better anti-cleaning effect and low pressure drop loss.

Punched plate material: The standard materials are SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, and SUS316L. Custom alloys such as Hastelloy, Monel, and Inconel can also be customized.
It can be made into various shapes according to customer’s demand.

Overview:
This is a sintered mesh that is sintered together with a perforated plate and a multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh. The sintered mesh has higher compressive strength and mechanical strength due to the support of the punching plate. Mainly used in food and beverage, water treatment, power plant dust removal, pharmaceutical, film and other industries. Can be processed into a cylindrical, disc, card filter. The thickness of the perforated plate and the structure of the wire mesh can be customized according to user requirements.
