Fuel Coalescence Separation Oil Filter
The presence of water in the hydraulic lubrication system will cause the oil to oxidize, deteriorate the oil, reduce the oil film thickness and the lubricity, which cause the oil to denature and polymerize to form macro-molecules, change the oil viscosity, form organic acids, then corrodes the metal surface, reduce or lose the dielectric strength of the oil. For traditional filtration and separation equipment,  it is particularly difficult to  isolate another liquid from a mixed liquid , coalescence &separation filter oil machine developed by my company integrating precision filtration and high dehydration , which can clean the particulate impurities in the oil and emulsified water, free water,but does not harm the quality of original products . For the oil containing a large amount of water, the separation effect is particularly significant, the separation speed is as several times to dozens of times as the traditional speed.

The technology principle:
Different liquids have different surface tensions, and the smaller the surface tension, the faster the liquid passes through the hole,
When different mixed liquids flow into the separator, they firstly enter the coalesce filter element,which has a multi-layer filter medium and its aperture increases layer by layer. Because of the difference in surface tension, oil quickly passes through the filter layer , while water passes more slowly. And because the coalescing filter element is made of hydrophilic material, the tiny water droplets are adsorbed on the surface of the filter layer, resulting in coalescing of water droplets. Under the action of kinetic energy, small droplets compete with each other to pass through the hole, gradually coalesce into large droplets, and settle under the action of gravity to separate from the oil. Though the oil is coalesce through the filter element, there are still small droplets of water moving forward to the separation filter element under the action of inertia. The separation filter element is made of a specific hydrophobic material. When oil passes through the separation filter element, water droplets are blocked for the separation filter element, while oil passes through the separation filter element and is discharged from the outlet.

Especially the separation of a large amount of water in the oil.,it has the incomparable advantages compared with vacuum method and centrifugal method, and can break most of the emulsified structure of oil and water in the medium. Through the filtration of the particle filtration system, the cleanliness of the medium can be controlled stably in the requirements of the system, so as to make the cleanliness of the oil; Do not change the physical and chemical properties of oil, increase the service life of oil; Small energy consumption, low operating cost; System configuration is good, continuous performance is strong, suitable for online operation.
Particle filtration system:
Use high efficiency filter material as filter medium, and large filter area design can easily filter out the very fine particles and impurities, so that oil products can achieve a high degree of cleanliness.
Coalescence system:
The coalesce system is composed of a set of coalesce filter elements. The coalesce filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. After passing through the filter element, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger droplets, which are then settled into the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
Separation system:
The separation filter element of the separation system is made of specific hydrophobic material. When oil passes through the filter element, water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element and coalesced with each other until they settle into the water storage tank due to gravity.Close the valve and stop draining.
 Drainage system:
The separated water is stored in the tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, open the valve to drain the water until it reaches the lower level, close the valve and stop draining.
