The sintered felt of metal fiber is made of micron diameter metal fiber, which is laid, laminated and sintered at high temperature. Multi-layer metal fiber felt is formed by different pore sizes. Which can be made into much higher filtration accuracy and high durability against pollutant. It can continuously maintain the filtration function of filtering mesh cloth with 3 dimensional mesh shape, multi-hole structure, high porosity, big surface area, even hole size. This type of sintered felt effectively overcomes the defects of clog and damage features of the metal mesh, making up the deficiency of easy-break, small flow rate of powder filter series product, solving the problem of high temperature resistance defects of filter paper and filter cloth. So the sintered felt has good filtration features, is an ideal filter material with high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion and high filtration accuracy.

Note:
1. Specially produced reinforced, thickened, protective nets and other various models according to user requirements.
2. Determination of filtration accuracy and dirt holding capacity shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T18853-2002.
3. The bubble point pressure is measured according to the provisions of GB/T5249.
4. The measurement of air permeability is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T5453, the pressure difference is 200Pa, and the medium is air.
5. The determination of the breaking strength is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T228.
